What we do with your data

This notice explains what happens to the personal data you send us through the contact form or by e-mail. It is written for people, not lawyers.

What: The name, company, e-mail address, phone number and message you type into the form, plus the time it was sent and the IP address it came from.
Why: To read and answer your enquiry. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) and the steps needed before entering a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).
Where: The form sends an e-mail to our company mailbox, hosted in the EU by our hosting provider (Domenca d.o.o., Slovenia). Nothing is stored on the website itself.
How long: As long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows from it, then deleted. Correspondence that is part of a contract is kept as long as the law requires.
Sharing: We do not sell or pass your data to anyone else. Our e-mail and hosting provider processes it on our behalf.
Cookies: This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics. Your light/dark choice is stored only in your own browser.
Your rights: You may ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or withdraw consent at any time by writing to info@firmsolutions.si. You may also complain to the Slovenian Information Commissioner (ip-rs.si).
